The contemporary fitted kitchens have a white and wood high gloss finish, featuring sleek handleless units with white quartzstone worktops and glass wall panels. Fully integrated appliances by AEG and Electrolux including a ceramic electric hob and telescopic extractor, microwave/oven combi, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, and freestanding washer/dryers are fitted in the hall cupboard. The undermount single sink has a chrome monobloc tap. There are recessed downlighters to the ceilings and the kitchen floors are finished in dark grey ceramic tiles.
 BATHROOM/EN-SUITE
Luxury bathrooms feature a light, natural palette contrasted with contemporary chrome accessories. White baths have a white oak bath panel, a concealed thermostatic shower mixer and glass screen; en suites have a separate glass cubicle shower with sliding glass door. White Rocca sinks are alongside back-to-wall toilets with concealed cistern and soft close seat. Bathroom walls have an oak mirrored lit vanity unit and en suites have an oak shelf with mirror. There is stylish cream tiling to the walls and floors, recessed downlighters to ceilings, and chrome heated towel rails to all bathrooms and en suites.
 LIVING SPACES
Hallways and living areas have classic oak flooring and recessed downlighters to the ceilings; bedrooms have luxury carpet and pendant lighting. Oak framed wardrobes to master bedrooms feature mirrored sliding doors. The individual entrance doors and internal doors all feature polished chrome ironmongery. Walls are painted in matt Natural Calico, with smooth white ceilings and satin white skirtings and architraves creating an elegant, neutral backdrop. Individual video entry systems are fitted to the hallway of each apartment for first class security.
 COMMUNAL AREAS
The ground floor lobby area has natural stone tiled flooring and neutral décor; corridors are painted Natural Calico with coloured feature walls and white oak flush doors with vision panels. Lifts feature stainless steel mirrors and tiled floors to coordinate with the lobby, and serve all floors for total convenience
CUSTOMER CARE & NHBC 10-YEAR WARANTY
We have a team of people specially trained and available to deal with Customer Service issues. Each property also carries the NHBC warranty against structural defect for a ten-year period following the date of completion.
